INSTRUCTIONS: Enter the park and go straight to the information center next to City Hall. Ask for the Gluten Free Restaurant Map. They will hand you pages of ideas to make your stay one of the happiest on earth. We selected an outdoor restaurant and as soon as I told the clerk we have a serious gluten free customer, she ran to get the Chef who came out and assured Lori it would be fine. When lunch arrived the chef brought out Lori's and assured her again, because he was the one who made it! Disneyland ROCKS!

We went to Disneyland in October of this year (well 2006) and found them to be extremely UNHELPFUL!!! I am a Celiac whose reactions are so devastating that I cannot eat out anywhere PERIOD. I took a bunch of food with me and a rolling cooler.

I would love a pre-preview of this GF restaurant map so I can do some pre-planning for meals before I get to Disneyland. Does anyone have a scanned copy of this (realizing that this will likely change from month to month). Thanks,
