Bellevue has so much to offer with shopping, dining and general buzz in this vibrant area. The Hyatt is directly in the center of all the action. The Hyatt was great assisting Lori with terrific gluten free options. The entire staff at this hotel rates 5 stars. We really enjoyed our stay and to make it even better, P.F. Changs is right across the street. Featured shopping includes Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus and many specialty shops.

 

 

DISNEYLAND CATERS TO THE CELIAC COMMUNITY

INSTRUCTIONS: Enter the park and go straight to the information center next to City Hall. Ask for the Gluten Free Restaurant Map. They will hand you pages of ideas to make your stay one of the happiest on earth. We selected an outdoor restaurant and as soon as I told the clerk we have a serious gluten free customer, she ran to get the Chef who came out and assured Lori it would be fine. When lunch arrived the chef brought out Lori's and assured her again, because he was the one who made it! Disneyland ROCKS! 

MORGAN'S RESTAURANT IN LA QUINTA 5 STARS AND ADD ONE FOR GOOD MEASURE

What can I say ablout this one? Well to start off, when you walk up to the hostess and explain you needs about being gluten free, it becomes a major deal in a very good way. They will cater to you like no other restaurant. Lori was treated with gourmet dishes and service beyond compare. There is a reason Morgan's has been voted "Best of the Desert". Not only are the dinners beyond imagination, the people are the best trained we have seen. For non-gluten free folks, don't miss the "Popcoprn Ice Cream" that the chef is famous for.
