They went out of their way to prepare a terrific gluten free lunch. For non Celiac's the fish soup is what they are famous for.

After giving United-Continental a nice review, I found out yesterday that they will NOT cater at all to Celiac's or Diabetics starting September 1st. Please call United to voice your opinion. We just took an overseas flight and it was terrific. We traveled at the right time!

TIP #1: When making reservations and asking for gluten free meals, do it on the phone with a live operator.

TIP #2: Two days prior to departure, call again and confirm they will have gluten free meals, especially on a long flight.

United did a great job providing wonderful gluten free meals on an international flight. 5 stars to United.
